GreenTree Inn of Holbrook

Came to this hotel because of our rough experience at the Motel 6 next door. Sandy was so sweet and helpful getting us a room for the night and giving us good info. Rooms smelt nice and were very clean. Breakfast was limited but still good, and location is perfect. Thank you Greentree and Sandy!

Having arrived for a 1-night stay, the room was most inviting: very clean; all supplies were stocked well and presented nicely. The hygiene products have a lovely, organic aroma. Having now read prior (negative) experiences, I find this is not the case for us... fortunately! We will plan another stay on an anticipated trip next month.

We were driving across the country and stopped in Holbrook AZ for a nights rest after 900+ miles of driving. We found the Green-tree Inn using Priceline. I would give the hotel a 4.5 rating but there is no option for that. So I’ll err on the side of them and give 5 stars. This was a great motel for a nights rest. Rooms are clean, and they have been modernized and updated. This is like an older motel that has been refreshed with nice beds, TV, bathrooms, vanities and mirror, etc. the layout is like an older hotel with outside entrances to your room. But everything was fine. The location is far enough from I40 that there is zero road noise. The place is clean and has a basic free breakfast. Mostly yogurt, cereal, apples and bagels and coffee. Simple. But it works. Rooms have a medium size refrigerator/ freezer and a microwave as well as a hair dryer. Nice TV and a great cable package so you can watch nearly anything on the TV. For the $86 we paid for the night we found it to be good value for money and it was clean and an easy in/out for driving. No pool or anything like that. But if you are passing through like us, it’s a great pit stop for the nights sleep w zero drama. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

this place was so cute and overall great value for what we paid! staff was super friendly, room was clean and had all the usual amenities (microwave, tv, fridge,) water was hot, pillows were soft, and they had an okay selection for breakfast. it is also pet friendly with a Very reasonable fee of only $15 per dog! the only con i can note is our security door lock was broken/unusable, but luckily we didn't have to use it. the area felt safe overall and we had no issues leaving our moving truck out there. we'd definitely stay again if we found ourselves out this way

The rooms were updated, as others said. Clean. Comfortable beds. The pillows were softer than at a previous motel the night before. The fridge was a decent size with lots of shelves, but no freezer. The only bad thing was that the walls and ceiling were thin. I don’t recommend sharing any state secrets while staying in these rooms. I don’t know how that element could be changed or updated. But we clearly heard our neighbor talking to a woman on the phone before leaving his room. And the upstairs folk walking back and forth in their room, later in the night having some, ahem, adult time, during which I feared the bed and ceiling would both fall into my room. In the morning one of the people in my room sat bolt upright when the upstairs neighbor’s alarm went off at 5:30am, after which they turned on the tv loudly for half an hour before getting out of bed and then up for the day. We could hear him cough and talk to the person with. I do recommend this motel, but bring earplugs.

Very clean and quiet and comfortable, but the breakfast was very minimum and the shower had no pressure at all. Good for a one night stay whilst driving though.

Had a fantastic stay at the GreenTree Inn in Holbrook! After a long day of driving, this was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and I got a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, offering great local tips. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the amenities provided. The location was convenient, making it easy to get back on the road the next morning. For anyone traveling through Holbrook and looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend the GreenTree Inn. Great value and a very pleasant experience overall!

We haven't stayed here yet, but Sandy was incredibly helpful with changing our reservation when we made a mistake with our booking. Excellent customer service!
